1. Agreement to Terms
By installing, updating, or using the QuickPaste browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall the extension and cease all use of our services.
2. Grant of License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the QuickPaste Chrome Extension strictly in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the binary extension file without explicit written consent from the developers.
3. Use Restrictions & User Responsibilities
You agree to use QuickPaste only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content saved inside your snippets. Since snippets are expanded directly into web fields on your behalf, you must ensure that using shortcuts does not violate the terms of service of the third-party websites you interact with (including, but not limited to, spamming, bulk automation, or social engineering).
4. Billing & Subscription Plans
The basic features of QuickPaste are provided free of charge. Optional advanced features, such as Cross-Device Cloud Sync and Smart Variables, require an active Pro subscription billed monthly or annually.
All payments are processed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL QUICKPASTE OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
7. Governing Law & Updates
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this website. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
